Boroughbridge High School School is a co-educational, comprehensive school that normally provides places for children aged 11-16 from our catchment feeder primary schools of Boroughbridge, Dishforth Airfield, Dishforth Village, Great Ouseburn, Green Hammerton, Kirby Hill, Kirk Hammerton, Long Marston, Marton cum Grafton, Nun Monkton, Roecliffe, St Peters Brafferton and Staveley. However, we regularly take students into Year 7 from a much wider geographical area.
Students in their final year of primary school and their parents are invited to visit the school on our Open Evening, which is held each year in early October. This provides an opportunity to get a feel for the school, meet staff and the Head, and visit departments.
Parents and carers who would also like to view the school during a working day are most welcome to do so. To make an appointment, please contact Mrs Donnelly (Pastoral Manager for Year 7) at school.
