Year 10 (4 forms)
Students now begin their GCSE courses. All students study Mathematics, English Language, English Literature, PSHCE, Physical Education and Core Religious Studies. Students study either separate Sciences or Double Award (Trilogy) Science. Students then study two of their four option subjects over the year sitting their two option examinations at the end of Year 10. Students are encouraged to choose at least one out of History, Geography, French or Computer Science and are encouraged where possible to study a language. New subjects available at this stage are Business Studies, Computer Science and Health and Social Care.
Year 11 (3 forms)
Students continue their GCSE courses. All students study Mathematics, English Language, English Literature, PSHCE and Physical Education. Students study either separate Sciences or Double Award (Trilogy) Science. Students then study their remaining two option subjects over the year. New subjects available at this stage are Business Studies, Computer Science and Health and Social Care.
